problem with complex linetypes
problem with complex linetypes hello! can anyone tell me if the information i get from the following methods has got anything to do with complex linetypes (linetypes defined in an .shx-file)? and if they have got anything to do with them what does this information mean, how can i use this information for drawing lines with complex linetypes? here are the methods: - shapeisucsorientedat - shapenumberat - shapeoffsetat - shaperotationat - shapescaleat - shapestyleat especially what does the infromation i get from the method "shapestyleat" tell me? each linetype dash can have text or shape associated with it. shapes are defined in .shx file. shapestyleat() returns id of textstyletablerecord representing .shx file where shape is defined. shape number is the number in the .shx other values are parameters of shape insertion. you need not implement drawing of complex linetypes manually. dwgdirect vectorization framework does this job. thank you! |
