plus/minus symbol in dimension
we have a problem with rendering plus/minus symbol in dimension. see attached files. dwgdirect just ignore it. but if we insert space symbol after plus/minus text are rendered ok.

it is a bug of dwgdirect. we'll fix it in 1.13. thank you for feedback.
