odwriteex doesn't draw shape
odwriteex doesn't draw shape
the odwriteex example supplied with the oda libs does not draw the dxf shape entity.
i save the output of odwriteex as dxf and draw it using a dxf viewer. i don't see anything inside the 'shape' box. also i know that the dxf viewer i'm using supports dxf shape.
to display the shape created by odwriteex ltypeshp.shx is required.
do you see the shape entity in dxf file? try to find acdbshape in the dxf.
