odgeline2d -- slope issue
i have 2 lines ab and cd
is there a way to tell if line ab lies collinear to line cd, ( if ab actually lies along cd) with a specific tolerance ?
also please clarify how to give odgetol values in related functions.

where is overlap() method but it is not implemented yet.
