the method startang() always returns 0, and the method endang() returns a value that is different from that which can be found with the list command in autocad. (this is with the difference between degrees and radians taken into account).

odgecircarc2d::startang() and endang() return angles in radians measured from reference vector returned by refvector() method. angles are measured in clockwise or counterclockwise direction depending on result returned by isclockwise() method - depending on arc direction.
