i have a dxf file containing some oddbattributedefinition antities! how can i retreive the correct text to import?

depends on what you mean by "correct text". if you want to have the same appearence with autocad:
attribute definitions in model or paper space are displayed using their tag string.
attribute definitions inserted in "normal" (non-layout) blocks are rendered only if they are visible and constant. their textstring() value is displayed.
if attribute definition is non-constant it is not rendered. oddbblockreference have corresponding oddbattribute entities for each non-constant oddbattributedefinition.
