about oddbminsertblock,
how can i find the direction for placing row and column?
i saw that the normal of blockreference is an indication, but i don't now how to find my 2 vectors (column and space direction) from it.

no problem at all
i have already find the solution,
i don't need to find axis of translation for minsert,
i will make x and y translation and multiply by the
blocktransform matrix.
