missing project files for gs_wingdi
missing project files for gs_wingdi
the release notes for 1.11 say:
windows vectorization devices have been separated out into modules that can be loaded dynamically. a static library version is also available. the vc6 project files for building these new modules are in:
/project files/win32/msvc6/examples/gs_wingdi - gdi device
/project files/win32/msvc6/examples/gs_winopengl - opengl device
however, the package i downloaded does not include these projects. is this deliberate?

they are inside ddsrcwin.exe package. i verified that they present in dd1.11 update.

are you saying that i need a source code license to get these files? i don't see ddsrcwin.exe on the downloads page that i am authorized for.
ddsrcwin is source package. it's available only for founding members.
i think that samples project files should be moved to public package where samples source code reside.
i hope this will be fixed in 1.12

that would be useful! at a minimum, it's pretty bad pr to mention this package in the help for all members when it's only available for founding members. thanks again for your responses.
