missing files
i got 1.14.2 release of dwgdirect and can not compile examples:
missing dd_vc6md_dwf7export.lib
connecting dd_dwf7export_dll brings another error message:
can not open include files:
dwf/publisher/model/model.h
dwfcore/core.h
whiptk/whip_toolkit.h
what tools i'm missing?
ps. compiling singledoc sample gave another missing lib message: dd_vc6md_spatialindex.lib

dd_vc6md_* libraries are in dd_vc6.zip
you need not build dwf export youself. it comes as binary libraries.
if you want to modify and rebuid dwf export you need autodesk's dwf toolkit. it can be downloaded from autodesk's site. after downloading you'll have to apply our patch to it.

sources of extensions, examples, imports, exports are in nonlibs.zip
