missing entities in load, but old toolkit did load all

actual dwgdirect doesn't load many entities from attached dwg. i also tried "recover". old toolkit was able to load more things.

the file is invalid and autocad crashes on opening this file.
we'll try to update our recover to load the rest of entities.

i have recover with autocad2005, but there was no error founded.
i've saved the dwg in ac2005 and please try the same with the attachment.

if i open this ac1014-file with autocad2002, i don't get the block "_g_1" (is the sheet).

one of defects in this file is that last entity id in model space is incorrect. it points not to the last entity in model space but into the middle of entity list.
this situation is treated differently in different acad versions. for example:
-ac r14 open truncates the list ignoring the rest of entities in file.
-ac 2004 open - autocad crash
both recovers heal the list.
dd recover truncates the list but it should try to repair it.
