in trying to build example program odvectorizeex from the allexamples.sln i'm getting the linker error
link : fatal error lnk1181: cannot open input file 'dd_vc2003md_alloc.lib'
what do i have to do to get the correct link.

perhaps you did not download libraries for the platform you are using (namely dd_vc2003.zip, or dd_vc2003dbg.zip)?
