i've been having some linetype problems over the past few days, caused by old r12 drawings.
if i open the drawing in autocad and run audit, it fixes itself, but adds a new linetype "continuous". it leaves an existing linetype "continuous", so there are two linetypes of the same name (but different case).
opendwg does a similiar fix during audit, but appears to have trouble with the duplicate linetype from then on. here are some of the errors i get:

acdblinetypetable(4) linetype continuous missed invalid create
acdblinetypetable(4) linetype continuous has invalid index 2 0 0
acdblinetypetablerecord(13) duplicate record name "continuous" invalid $ddt_audit_generated_(13)
any suggestions, other than 'don't open those old drawings'?
please send a sample drawing to and we will look into the problem.
