i am using opendwg 2.2.0 and i am trying to use
the method oddbpolyline::getoffsetcurves but i receive
the error enotimplemented.
so my question: is this method implemented?

no. this is not implemented.
odcurvefunctions example illustrates how this functionality can be implemented at client side.
