how can i get the source code for the toolkit library?
how can i get the source code for the toolkit library?
now, my boss tell me to write a application using delphi without toolkit
this application can read dwg file format in r14 only
however,day by day,i read the hex code using ultraedit
i have the dwg format document for r14 ,but i don't know the rule for the entries's section in dwg file ,such as lines,points,ploylines and so on

where are various oda membership levels with different rights and payments:
non-commercial usage of oda libraries is free.
but opendwg toolkit and dwgdirect source code is available only for founding members.

my salary is so low for me to afford the payment.
us$25,000 is so large number ,perhaps,i need spent 4 years to earn
and the program i want to develop cost only us$500
i'm from china
non-commercial membership is free.
commercial usage (you sell the programm):
-up to 100 copies per year $1000
unlimited number of copies $2500
developing the programm you can be non-commercial member and upgrade your membership before releasing the product.
