what is the purpose of the method odgipolyline::getconstantwidth() ?
what is meant by "constant width" as relates to a dxf/dwg file .i .e which ui control field's value in autocad is returned by this method ?

autocad's polyline can have individual widths for each segment (even different at segment start and end). or it can have constant width.
if you select a polyline in autocad in property palette under "geometry" you'll see:
start segment width
end segment width
global width
