export a view with scale

hello
when i export a view to dwg/dxf, i want to export the view according to a scale. (the view include some lines,text, dimensions,,,).
for example, if export with scale(1:1), the result of export is same as original view. if export with scale(1:2), the result will become 2 times larger of the result of scale (1:1).
whether there is a method to change the scale of all the export result? (for example, the height of a text is 3.0, after export with 1:2, the height of text is 6.0 in dwg)
