explode region
i tried to explode region and it did not work.
oddbregion::explode()
oddbentity::explodetoblock()
the arc's radius of a exploded result is very small.
i use dd 1.12.04.
odamfcapp also has the same problem.

thanks for report. it was bug in 1.12.xx versions. it fixed and will be available in next release.
