elements count in oddbsymboltableiterator
hi,
is this possible to get elements count in iterators (oddbsymboltableiterator, oddb3dpolyline, oddb2dpolyline) ? for now im using for loop to reckon elements. this is a little bit painful and not very efficient.

where is no such method. also note that some elements may be erased and iterators can skip erased elements or not.
