dwgdirect mtext width calculation slightly different from au
dwgdirect mtext width calculation slightly different from autocad
try the attached file in autocad and in odamfcapp. the lower two mtexts are on one line in odamfcapp, but in autocad they are wrapped over two lines.
the strings contain embedded font scaling. the string width scaling calculation seems to be performed slightly differently. according to autocad the string is longer than the wrapping limit, according to odamfcapp it is not.
the effect is that in rare cases a mtext generated by our program will look ok in our program using the dwgdirect toolkit. but when an autocad user receives the file the mtext will look bad to him.
