dwgcodepage type and value in odamfcapp

dwgcodepage type and value in odamfcapp
in odamfcapp this sysvar has type int16 and values like 30, 29, etc.
should not it be a string like "ansi_1252"?
is it possible to know the mapping between odamfcapp's values and strings, as a work-around?

and
