i've come to notice that more than a few customer submitted dwg files lock up in the new dwgdirect 2007 toolkit compared to the previous version. here is one file i got permisson to send:

is this a microstation drawing ? in this case, your customer should play a little bit with the dwg/dxf-export functions.
if i saves this drawing as dxf12-ascii, it seems my cpu going up in dwgdirectx. i have cancel this process.
have you try to export this drawing with autocad also?
i have found no critical elements in the drawing.

endless loop is caused by a bug in tesselation code used for converting acis objects to meshes.
this is already fixed in development code. the fix will be available in next release.
