dwf import colours seem to be wrong

opendwg'ers,
dwf imports seem to have colours incorrect colours. tested the import also in odamfcapp and the colours were still incorrect.
attached is the drawing i tested this with.

dwfimporter has a property controlling color import:
"preservecolorindices"
if it is set to true (default), colors indices are retained as is. this is suitable for autocad (and recent dwddirect) exported files.
if you import dwf files from unknown source, set this parameter to false, and colors will be imported as truecolor.
it is the last parameter in "dwfin" comand.
