drawing not rendered in odamfcapp

hi,
the attached drawing loads and renders perfectly in voloview, autocad 2000 and autocad 2004, but does not render in odamfcapp or singledoc.
any idea why this is the case?

attached files
active model space viewport in this drawing has tilemode corners 0,0 - 420,297. the corners should be in range 0-1.
autocad silently heals this data at file loading.
dd will be fixed to do the same.
btw, dd fixes this while loading the file by recoverfile().
