the attached file contains one rotated dimension and it's dim line is too short. when autocad lt 2004 recomputes the dimension it changes to what it should look like. the file was generated with dd 2.2.0 (windows 32bit).

you are right.there is problem with recompute your rotated dimension.
we will try to fix it in next release.
