dd has regressiones in diametric and radial dimensions in 1.
dd has regressiones in diametric and radial dimensions in 1.14.02?

i upgraded my application from dd1.11.01 for vc6 to dd1.14.02 for .net2003 recently, but i found there are regressions in diametric and radial dimensions.
i attatched two dwg files here. one got from dd1.11.01 for vc6, and the other got from dd1.14.02 for .net2003. open them in autocad, you can see the differences between the diamteric and radial dimensions in this two files, and the result got from dd1.11.01 for vc6 is right. are they regressions in dd? i need the results in dd1.14.02 for .net2003 still like that got from dd1.11.01 for vc6.
any help appreciated.

file 1.11.01.dwg contains wrong dimensions too. we have fixed most it in the current version. we try to fix others in next release. thank you for report.
note: you cann't have the same dimension in any case as it has some property difference in this two files (for example "text movement" - dimtmove variable).
