crc initial value
autocad maintained crc for each and every entity. as per open alliance format. the initial crc calculated is differ for eah entity. but it has some similarities when the size of entity is same. but this is not same for some cases. and if we check the initial crc of the same size entity in another file, it's differ from previous file. but inside that file all initial crc's for those same sized entity maintained same value.
can u please anybody help me the relation of initial crc maintained by the autocad

there is code in the dwg format specification on this site, that demonstrates how to calculate the crc for a block of data. the seed value used in crc calculations for a single entity, is 0xc0c1.
