clipping planes
clipping planes hi, i want to display only a piece of drawing, so i'm using pushclipboundry function to set clipping planes. the result i get is quite different that i expected, i believe there are some problems with math precision. when i set clipping planes to coords exact like rectangle object in drawing, some of its edges are clipped and some not. now i dont know when i lose my egdes. they maybe clipped by clipping planes or by windows gdi (they should appear on the egde of my device context). are objects clipped if they are situated on clip plane ? how clipping works ? and how drawing is projected onto output device ? i need to create two pieces of one drawing and then merge then into one without joint artifacts. or maybe there is other solution how may i merge two pieces of drawing into one ? mannequin |
