maybe my last post is not very clear.
my question is, there are some kind of label or mark that says "hey!!, you shoudn't draw me, i only have the definitions to draw future entities that reference me" .

not sure if i understand your question..
not all blocks defined in drawing may be actually inserted.
block table contains block definitions.
block reference is entity referencing block definition (block insertion).
block definition can be referenced by multiple block reference entities or can be not referenced at all.
