hello forum,
if you load the attached dwg in odamfcappdll 2.6.3 and edit|find the object "47af" (it is a mtext), you will get a crash.

i can't reproduce it in 2.5.2, 2.6.3, 2.7.0, ...

please find attached a zipped avi showing the crash and a screenshot of the callstack under debugger. i use dwgdirect 2.6.3 vc8.
any idea of what could cause this issue ?

i reproduced it in 2.6.3 vc8. this defect was fixed in october (cr 5431 & 5485).
fix is available in 2.7.0.0 beta1 and 2.7.0.1 beta2.
